Love One Another Day 5 | 1 Cor. 13:12-13

Love One Another Day 5 | 1 Cor. 13:12-13

Love One Another Day 5 | 1 Corinthians 13:12-13 “Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.”

Love One Another Day 5 | 1 Corinthians 13:12-13

“Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.”

Living here in Oceanside I have come to appreciate the dense fog that commonly rolls through, especially by the pier.  My daughter Kailani loves playing at the park on the beach next to the pier. It's become one of our favorite ways to spend our mornings together.

This image reminded me of today's writing prompt which said "All that I know now is partial and incomplete..." like the fog heavy over the pier, our lives too can experience a "spiritual" fog as we journey through it with God.

Like my daughter here, I think God encourages us to play in the fog! To be joyful at all times, especially when it's hardest and we can't really "see" what God is doing behind the scenes. We just have to trust that he is there! Just like you can't see the pier completely, you KNOW it's there!
